NCMT Ltd is a provider of engineering solutions to the manufacturing industry. The main activity is the supply of machine tools and associated services including automation and turnkey packages. Operating from three sites in the UK it supports installations and equipment throughout the UK and across most of Europe.
NCMT’s Modern Slavery Policy, along with our Anti-Bribery and Whistle-blowing policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

To maintain awareness and ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business our Modern Slavery Policy is included in our Employee Handbook.We provide training to all members of staff and this has been incorporated into our induction programme.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes NCMT’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 28th February 2019. It has been approved by the Board of Directors, who will review and update it annually.
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in their dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.
We may terminate our relationships with other individuals or organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
